How can I track my order?
Standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48, which provides delivery confirmation only — this means tracking updates are not available, but you’ll receive a confirmation once your parcel has been delivered.
If you’ve selected Express Delivery, your order will be sent via a tracked courier service, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card or notification with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Do you deliver on weekends or bank holidays?
Standard and express deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries are not available at this time.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped, changes can’t be made.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We’ll be happy to look into it and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
